Thank you for purchasing from http://riponghosh.com. Since we primarily deal with digital products (e-books, PDF notes, and digital resources), our refund policy differs from physical goods.

Ownership: This website is owned and managed by Arpa's.

Billing Statement: All payments on this website are processed by our legal parent company Arpa's. Your bank statement will show 'Arpa's' as the merchant.

2. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned."

However, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We may offer a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You made a duplicate payment for the same product.
  • The file is corrupted or technically defective, and we are unable to fix it.
  • You did not receive the download link after a successful payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You bought the wrong item by mistake and have already downloaded it.
  • You do not have the correct software to open the file (e.g., a PDF reader).

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

To start a request, email us at hello@riponghosh.com with:

  • Your Order ID / Transaction ID.
  • The email address used for purchase.
  • A description of the issue.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Card) within 7-10 business days.
